1. To access this website you have to be 18 years or over and of legal age where you live. The website may contain
depictions of nudity and references to sex, drugs and prostitution. If these are prohibited to you or are likely to
cause offense to you then you are not allowed to access this website.

2. You are prohibited from linking from another website, or electronic message or by any other means, to any content
hosted on this website. Content includes, but is not limited to images and downloadable content such as zip files and
executables. The only exception is linking to the website's front page through either www.mosgrom.net or
www.taxinaut.net.

3. You are explictly prohibited from distributing copies of downloadable content found on this website such as zip files
and executables, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified.

4. Each download available through this website comes with its own license agreement which you are obligated
to read and agree to prior to downloading.

5. You are prohibited from bypassing or circumventing by any means, or providing others with the means to bypass or
circumvent, any copyright statements, license agreements or any other such notices on this website. This includes
providing others with direct links to various downloads available through this website.
			

You are generally not sharing any data with me by accessing this website. It mostly doesn't even use cookies. There are
a couple of exceptions to this:

1. When you are required to read a license or similar notice before downloading something from this website a cookie
is used. The cookie holds a check that the download page uses to verify that you have seen the license agreement. That's
all.

2. This website uses Google Analytics at the top of nearly every page. What Google actually records through this
mechanism I honestly don't know. As a webmaster of this site I can see things like how many people visited this page,
what general area in the world they are most likely from, how long they stayed and what website they came from if they
came to this website through a link. I honestly don't think Google exposes any personally identifiable information
about you to me. If it does, I am not aware of it or how to find it.

3. This isn't hosted on this website but, when you follow MOSGROM on Twitter or Facebook. Twitter and Facebook obviously
record things. Also if you follow me on Twitter and depending on your privacy setting on Facebook, I can see your
account on Twitter or Facebook and whatever you have publicly shared there.

4. I have access to the webserver access logs of this website. Here I can see the IP-address and some basic information
that the browser sends about the type of browser and operating system together with the time of the request for every
request that your computer send to this website (e.g. when you click a link on or to this website). This information
can in some instances be used to obtain identity information from your Internet provider or organization from which you
accessed this website. This would normally only be where there is a legal obligation on them to share this information.

5. Obviously, when you sign up for the mailing-list, you share your email-address with me. I will only ever use your
email-address to send you news or updates about TAXINAUT or other MOSGROM projects. I will not share your email-address
with anybody else.
